The first earns 20 pts, the second 10 pts and the third 5 pts. You must justify your vote with a short intervention as usual. You cannot vote for yourself.

Here's my vote for this contest. I wanna personnaly thank the 5 participant (other than me) cause it would have been hard to have such a beautiful contest with only 2 or 3 participants. In fact ! All of you design very strong and beautiful race so it has been days of headache to determine my podium.

1st : Mart53

Despite using trace that wasn't meant for this contest initially, you managed to give your races a real identity and great realism! I won't be surprised to see a championship use this trace in the near future.

2nd : Simba

Yaoundé was a very daring choice because it was very difficult. Your races meet the criteria and result in an exotic and chaotic race. a very good championship for sure!

3rd : Kanon16

Unlike Yaoundé, Cape Town was such an easy choice that you left with a deficit of “risk taking” points for me. However, your races are clean and tempting, especially with these starts from the DHL Stadium where we can very well imagine the party and the start village.

And I want to highlight the very beautiful work of Will4563 who nearly made it to the third place.

My votes:

1st: Will4563
For a long time I thought that the men's race is too difficult but in the end I decided that it's one I would love to watch. In my opinion climbers should get opportunities at the world championships, last one was 5 years ago so it's time for the next one. It would be probably the hardest course in WC history with such climb repeated 10 times plus the altitude factor so the winner would be absolutely deserved world champion. I like other courses as well, interesting use of cobbles for the women, something i wouldn't expect in Ethiopia.

2nd: Kanon16
Nice courses, quite similar concept as mine, one longer climb and one short wall, I like that. Maybe not the pure African adventure but the sceneries of Cape Town are breathtaking so it's a great location for those watching at home, better than some cities in central Africa.

3rd: Simba
Nice try in an exotic location, I appreciate that. It took me a while to understand the layout of women's race. Courses are alright, nothing extraordinary but I like it.

As for Benoit I have an issue with the 10km final circuit which is too short in my opinion and Betto didn't meet the requirements beause he used different finish lines for the road races.
