Re: Contest #8 - La Vuelta 2020 - VOTING
For the last contest of the year, I've decide to use my teacher's skills and grade all your trace using a scale that rate several point : Transferts, stage's type repartition, originality, realism, moutain stages, plain stages, medium moutain stages, TT stages. Each of you receive a grade as in the ...

Re: Contest #8 - La Vuelta 2020 [Cat. 1]
Here is my Vuelta. The race will begin as the actual one a thuesday. There will be three rounds of 6 days of race separated by 2 rest days. This race is designed to be a nervous race with many stages where leaders can lose time or attack. Sprinters will however be welcome in many stages, giving the...

Re: Contest #7 - Tour de France - VOTING
In this regard maybe I would change things as there are 3 flat days in a row (which I think breaks the rules) The rule was a maximum of two sprint stages in a row. Although I've marked Stage 11 as a flat stage, it is a puncheurs' stage, with the Mur de Bretagne and another climb before a downhill r...

Re: Contest #7 - Tour de France - VOTING
FIFTH PLACE : La Resistencia Your tour should have made the first place, because of many good ideas and well-drawned stages. No jokes. But there's too many mistakes here and there, like transfert (too long for most of them) or the last three stages, too boring to amaze. FOURTH PLACE : Taaramae_crack...

Re: Contest #7 - Tour de France 2020 [Cat. 1]
The col de la Loze is for now a one way passage as the road is not praticable on the downhill. Sadly, you have choose to keep the stages praticcaly as they already are (stage 2 and 20 for example). I don't think your submission will count as the rules explicitely said that you cannot use parts or k...

Re: Contest #4 - UCI Road World Cup
No kidding    One thing to consider about your plans is that - although you're route might not work in the winter - you're only failing on 1 part of the criteria. So you still stand a chance of doing alright in the contest. Yes I think I will try. My point is that I'm not sure of rou...

Re: Contest #4 - UCI Road World Cup
Thanks Benoit! Calendar form rule can be substituted by another rule which program that races on arch from February to September, from November to January is right for only cyclo-cross and track cycling. If there was a world cup on the road, the cyclocross and track world cups would be overshadowed...
