IMPORTANT: Routing and Elevation API are limited to 7000 calls per day. In case they are expired, they won't work until limit is re-charged. You can try in this case to do a GPX on RideWithGPS site and import it on the editor

Hello,
I know that this may not be possible, but countries where the primary language is not English have cities written in the local language. This means that if you do not know the local language (e.g. in Arab countries, India, China) then it will be very hard to make tracks. Is it possible to switch labels to English? Not sure if OSM have this function or if there is anything on your end you can do...
