Re: Contest #4 - The Merckxian Grand Tour

My route is here: https://www.la-flamme-rouge.eu/maps/tours/view/12186 * For some reason the profiles in the first half of my race are completely flat and the gradients in the climbs are wrong. I don't know what's happening and why it only affects the first half, hoping that it's eventually fixed......

Re: Contest #4 - The Merckxian Grand Tour

I'm not sure where I saw but I have a feeling I read there was a limit on time-trial lenght if it's integrated in a half stage, is there?

Re: Contest #4 - The Merckxian Grand Tour

Ah so I assume the minimum of 5 stages in those countries means it is on all of them together, not a minimum of 5 stages in each

Re: Contest #3 - Voting

5th - Anderson Pretty similar idea of mine in the Pyrinees with similar stage structures and climbs, with a nice finish in the Alps aswell. 4th - jibvalverde Didn't like that the elevations weren't right (the keep elevation thingy), but the route overall is awesome specially the final mountain stage...

Re: Contest #3 - Tour de France 2019

My route is here: https://www.la-flamme-rouge.eu/maps/tours/view/11875 The Grand Depart takes part in Brussels, the opening stage goes through it's historic center, and coming out of Bruxels it goes through the small towns of Meise, where Merckx built the factory in which Eddy Merckx Bycicles began,...

Tour must be done using Tour de France - 2019 profiles, with Large X-Size and slopes on to have an easy comparison between different routes
What is Large X-Size ?
I would imagine it'd be this.

Re: Contest #1 - Voting

9th - tomrenm I think the start in Bogotá doesn't fit very well, there's too much back-and-forth to go over the regions, too many mountain stages in the end and Zipaquirá hosting two starts isn't really that good. 8th - Mauro Too many time-trials, kinda anti-climax finish. 7th - Alfa Panama start c...

Re: Contest #1 - Colombia Grand Tour

https://www.la-flamme-rouge.eu/maps/tours/view/11544 Having it's Grand Depart in Venezuela with 3 stages, including a first slight summit finish in San Cristobal. It features a 27Km TTT and a 43Km ITT, 3rd and 12th stage respectively. There are 8 flat stages, 5 are for pure sprinters, 3 have some di...

Re: Contest #1 - Colombia Grand Tour

So glad I checked this in time! Love doing GT's, despite having very little knowledge of Colombian roads. I got a question, I haven't really confirmed if it's the case but making the route in highways or such isn't "legal"? What's the situation there?
